Terms of online shop

  1. Terms of the contract:
    a) To make an order a registered Customer that is logged into his/her account at the store should add selected products to the basket and make confirmation.
    b) Sales become legally binding when order is confirmed by the online store.
    c) If particular product is out of the stock, the Customer is informed about that fact and probable date of order fulfilment. In this case, the Customer may agree to postpone realization date, cancel the whole order or resign from selected product that extends the duration of overall order delivery time.
    d) To make changes in the order or cancel it please send information to stating your order number and scope of the changes. Changes in orders are possible if and only if it has not been already sent.
    e) In case the product is not available (at local or suppliers’ warehouse) and it may not be delivered to the Customer within 14 days from the date of Softline’s confirmation, Softline has right to terminate the agreement of sales. In this case the Customer will be informed about impossibility of order fulfilment. Paid money will be returned to him/her.
  2. Products’ prices
    a) Price is visible close to particular product. All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. In case of wholesale purchase please contact Softline directly via the phone.
    b) Total costs (including delivery cost) are visible for customer after selection of delivery form (in order summary).
    c) Products advertised in Special Offers section may differ from photos and descriptions available on the webpage.
    d) Softline has right to change products prices. Prices of already ordered products are not subject to change.
  3. Possible payment methods
    a) Cash on delivery – payment made via courier company upon the parcel receipt.
    b) Payment in advance – made via bank transfer on account ……………….. In title of the transaction please enter your name and surname and order number. After payment please send transfer confirmation (scan or pdf) to or via fax (00 48 22 345 31 44).
    c) Credit card or electronic payment in advance.
    d) Cash or debit card – available only in case of personal collection of purchased goods.
  4. Delivery
    a) If address given by the Customer is not complete or incorrect he or she will cover additional delivery costs.
    b) Delivery options:
    – Sent via Poczta Polska – cost … zł
    – Sent via Pocztex – cost depends on package’s weight
    – Personal collection in Softline shop – cost 0 zł

    If products will not be collected within 14 days, order will be cancelled.

    c) If individual Customer request delivery to his/her work, name of the Company has to be provided in delivery address.

  5. Right of withdrawal from the contract – return of purchased goods
    a) In line with Consumer’ Rights Act (Law Journal dated 24.06.2014) individual* Customer has right to resign from purchased goods within 14 days from delivery date. This right is available if and only if returned product was not used, copied or damaged in any way.

    b) Delivery costs connected with return have to be covered by Customer. Goods have to be sent in a parcel protecting them from damage. When Softline will receive returned products refund of paid amount will be made within 14 working days to a Customer’s bank account or via post.

    c) Customer can select means of delivery for products that have to be returned. Postal or courier delivery is preferred. Preferred method of money refund is bank transfer or return to credit card.

    * Right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to orders made by wholesalers.

  6. Complaints

    a) Complaints should be made personally in the shop or sent to the following address:

    Cost of delivery is covered by the Customer. Information about complaint should be sent before delivery of returned goods to

    b) Complaints will be considered within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Customer will be informed about the status of his/her complaint.

    If complaint will be accepted product will be replaced or repaired. If it will be not possible then return of paid amount will be made to the Customer within 14 working days.

  7. Personal data
    Registration on the webpage is equal to agreement for possession and processing of Customer’s personal data by Softline sp. z o.o. The Customer has right to make necessary corrections of personal data in line with Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997
    Third party will not have access to Customers’ personal data.
    All Softline Customers can apply for loyalty card. In order to receive it the Customer has to make purchases for at least 800 zł (individual purchases will be aggregated). Customer may also agree to receive information about special offers via e-mails or SMS.
  8. Discounts
    Discounts for loyalty card owners do not sum up and do not apply for special offers section.
  9. Discount cards
    Terms and conditions on discount cards usage are specified in a separate document.
